Alfa Forni ensures the quality and durability of its ovens by offering a warranty that protects your purchase against manufacturing defects.

🔹 1. Warranty Duration

🟢 Domestic Use Warranty
📆 2 years from the purchase date.
🔹 Covers manufacturing or material defects that could affect the proper functioning of the oven.

📌 Important:

• The warranty only applies to domestic use.
• Using a domestic oven for professional purposes voids the warranty.

🔹 2. What Does the Warranty Cover?

✔️ Structural defects in the cooking chamber and main materials.
✔️ Gas burner (for gas models) if malfunctioning due to a manufacturing defect.
✔️ Other essential components required for the oven’s proper use.

🔹 3. What Is NOT Covered by the Warranty?

❌ Damage resulting from:

• Improper or negligent use of the oven.
• Unauthorized modifications or use of non-original components.
• Normal wear and tear or aesthetic deterioration (e.g., paint, glass, knobs).
• Incorrect maintenance or failure to perform regular cleaning.
• Exceeding the recommended temperature (above 500°C).
• Blocked exhaust holes due to a lack of cleaning.
• Exposure to salty environments (for ovens installed near the sea).

📌 Note: Refractory tiles are not covered by the warranty, but every Alfa oven comes with a spare tile included.

🔹 4. How to Request Warranty Assistance?

✔️ Keep your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the serial number of the oven (found on the label at the back of the oven).
